• How do I check the cash balance and running profit and loss in my account?

  Your cash balance and running profit and loss are displayed in the account info box on the right hand side of the screen whenever you are logged in.

• How do I place an order?

  To place an order simply click on the buy or sell button of the contract you wish to spread bet and complete the deal ticket that appears on the screen.

• How do I check if my order has been executed?

  When you place a market order you will be taken straight through to the 'Portfolio Manager' page where your order will be listed. When your limit order or stop loss is executed, TradIndex.com will send an alert message to your email account. You may also view your updated position information by selecting 'Portfolio Manager' on the navigation bar. Take me to 'Portfolio Manager' now.

• How do I view a summary of my TradIndex portfolio?

  Click the 'Portfolio Manager' button on the navigation bar. Take me to 'Portfolio Manager' now.

• How do I view the details for each open position?

  Click the 'Portfolio Manager' button on the navigation bar. You can click on any of the contract names to see the order details for open positions on that contract. Closed trades for today are also listed on the 'Portfolio Manager' page. If you want to see closed bets prior to today then click the 'Account Info' button on the navigation bar and select 'Trade History' in the menu that appears on the left hand side of the screen. Take me to 'Trade History' now.

• How do I move a stop loss?

  To move a stop loss view the contract details on the 'Portfolio Manager' and click the + button to the left of the contract name. The stop for each individual position for that contract will then be displayed. Click on the stop button for the stop loss you wish to change then enter your new stop in the form that appears on the screen and select confirm. Take me to 'Portfolio Manager' now.

• How do I upgrade from player to investor account?

  Click the 'Register' button on the navigation bar after you have logged-in as a player and this will take you directly to the 'Investor Registration' page. Register Now

• How do I display my Open Profit/Loss to include your spread?

  By default, your positions are valued against the current Mid price. To value against the Bid/Offer price including the spread, click on the 'Current' column heading of your Aggregate Positions table.

Getting money into and out of your account

• How do I deposit funds into my investor account?

  Log in as an investor and click the 'Add Funds' button in the account info panel. Take me to the 'Add Funds' page now.

• How do I withdraw funds from my investor account?

  Log in as an investor and click the 'Account info' button on the navigation bar. Click on the 'Withdraw Funds' button and this will prompt you through the withdrawal procedure. Take me to the 'Withdraw Funds' page now.

• How do I get additional funds into my player account?

  Log in as a player and click the 'Account info' button on the navigation bar. Then click the 'Reset Player Account' button in the left-hand navigation. Take me to the 'Reset Player Account' page now.

  Log in to your account and click the 'Account info' button on the navigation bar. Then click the 'Change Password' button in the left-hand navigation. Take me to the 'Change Password' page now.
